It’s amazing what a few days in the country can do for you.

Hi all,
Well it’s not Sunday, but it’s been a busy week and I wanted to share my newest find in the world of internet marketing with you today.
We all know how Google has been slapping everyone around lately and that adsense is getting a little too expensive these days especially if you are on a tight budget,  so what’s the answer?
How can we get those glory days of the early 2000’s that we had with Google and pay per click?

Iphone marketing just may be the way of the future and the answer.
I just purchased a new course on this method as I see it is definitely the new wave of marketing coming upon us in a hurry.
If you jump on this in my opinion you will be ahead of the pack.

So far the course is laid out nicely and is easy to follow. You even get the baby version of the software to upload your squeeze pages to iphones.  There is a learning curve as there is with everything but this is worth the easy step by step tutorial you get in the course.
The bonuses are wonderful too. This course certainly over delivers in every sense of the word.

You don’t need an iphone to do this technique. You do it all from your computer.
Imagine if you are selling a weight loss  product or your own product what a huge audience you are hitting with 5 Billion current Iphone users!!!!!

Folks, I believe this is the way of the future and a must see.
If anything else just do your research on this and make up your own mind.

I very rarely promote something of this nature or buy it, but I believe it is that important so much so that I paid for it.. I did not request a product to review.. I think it is that great!

Have you heard about this law? Maybe you have, but do you understand the true meaning of it?
I had to review it again after thinking about all the help I put out to people and friends with no thought of a $ amount attached.

I love to share, teach and help people with their internet business and I love to find FREE TOOLS wherever I can to facilitate that help.
But at some point one has to look at the time element and decide what will be “Given” help and what will be work one must charge for.

Let’s look at the law again.
The Webster dictionary describes Reciprocity as:
noun
The practice of exchanging things with others for mutual benefit, especially privileges granted by one country or organization to another

Origin:
mid 18th century: from French réciprocité, from réciproque, from Latin reciprocus ‘moving backwards and forwards’ (see reciprocate)

So let’s examine that first part. The practice of exchanging things with others for mutual benefit.
This sounds like the “barter” system of the early last century.
My Mother was just sharing how they were able to purchase goods in the depression era.

She lived on a ranch and when she would go into town with her Mother they would take eggs, fruit, tomatoes, and other food sources that they had grown on the ranch. My Mother thought her Mom was just being nice and that these people loved these items.
Come to find out years later her Mom was bartering these goods for other goods for mutual benefit. My Mom got her prom dress this way.
So the lesson here is it’s good to have a ranch and grow your own food in depression type eras. That is probably very true.

Now moving on. They say the karmic law is what comes around goes around. What you put out you get back 10 fold.
Follow the golden rule. Do unto others… etc. You know the sayings.

But how do we apply this to our Internet Marketing business?
We can consider exchanging information for information from other marketers.
Instead of charging for our content, we can find others who will exchange information with us. Kind of a joint venture with co-operating parties.

If you are creating a product that you are going to charge for you could consider exchanging it with another marketer who’s product you wish to have.
I am doing this very thing right now with an internet marketing friend.
I love her content and we exchange what we create.
We have also decided to create a Joint Venture product together.
This is how it can evolve.

Another way to look at this law is to know that the Karmic rule usually applies. Give! Give of yourself and your time where and when you can. Be helpful. Be kind. Be loving.
These actions will come back to you in forms you never thought possible.
Don’t keep track either.. That is the worst thing you can do!
If you are constantly thinking, ” Well I did this for that person and they didn’t even thank me or acknowledge my help .. blablabla.. etc”
Then you are coming from expectations.
You must give and let it go. Your reward will come to you later.

OK.. wow.. I sound like a preacher or something! lol
But I must re-iterate that giving is a great thing in our marketing community. Just decide what is a “coaching” program that you will charge for and what is a kind sharing thing.
Then move on from there.

I hope this has put the idea of giving freely into your heart.
Don’t have fear of giving away your ideas!
Remember your products are YOURS. No one can create what you do and even if they “borrow” your ideas, they will never duplicate your mind, content, giving, etc.

Another beautiful Sunday in N. Calif today and I am sitting here re-living my awesome experience watching Sir Paul McCartney in S.F. at the AT&T park on the bay last night.

What a lovely day it was at the bay turning into an evening of nostalgia walking down memory lane hearing all the Beatles Music I grew up on.

What I want to refer to today is the fact that after all the years of playing, having a band that has been playing and practicing together for about 8 years, the band still made mistakes.. and huge ones!!!

There was one tune that sounded like someone started in the wrong key! Paul stopped the band immediately and they started over.
Now not too professional after all these years, but this is to say that it can happen to the best of us!!!

Moving on to how this applies to Internet Marketing.
Even if you are a seasoned marketer or have been online for many years you can still make mistakes.

Online Marketing changes greatly on a regular basis.
Something that was popular just 5 months ago may be passe now because perhaps it was Google dependent and Google decided to change the rules.
Remember the Google Slaps from just a few mos back???
People were losing their accounts left and right!!
And many at no fault of their own!

So image being a beginner or someone just starting out online.
You will make mistakes! It’s OK! It goes with the territory.
There is a lot to learn in this business and you will never stop learning.
There is always something new to wrap your brain around.

So in conclusion. Don’t panic if you make a mistake. Just move through it and keep learning.
And the main thing is NEVER GIVE UP!
If you really want this life style and see yourself making great money from internet marketing, just consider your first few months or years your online college.

Take what you learn and apply it. Don’t wait to know it all because as I said you will never stop learning and creating new ways of getting your products out there to the consumer!!

But the easiest way is The Three Step Principle!

1.Give something of value away in exchange for a name and email address to create a list.

2. Nurture the list with more things of value.

3. Sell to the list even more things of value.

Deliver quality always and you will have a great business that will serve you for years to come.

Well it’s Sunday again. I seem to write in my blog on this day a lot!!
I leave in a little while to pick my brother up from the airport.
He is flying in from Chicago after seeing the Eric Clapton Crossroads Festival! I am totally jealous but decided to see the Movie coming out July 27th.

Just an update on a beautiful Sunday morning in sunny California! Before I go out for the day and run around, I wanted to share something new that I have found.

You may have seen this before, but I wanted to show you what you can do with it!
This is a free online site where you can create a 30 second video for your websites or to put on Youtube immediately!

All the tools are on the site, nothing to figure out.
Upload some video, photos, text and let the software make the video for you. Then click on the share button and load it up to your Youtube account in seconds.

A very handy tool for a quick promo video!
Here is one I made in minutes.

The Week end! Ah! The awaited two days where most of the people in the world relax and have fun away from their daily grind in the work force.
But for the most part NOT the Internet Marketer.

When one encompasses all the luxuries of working from home and what that can mean to your life, it becomes a joy to “work”!
You have the freedom to work the hours you choose and the week end day becomes just another day that you can either take off or not.
You can arrange your schedule anyway you like!

This post isn’t about that really, but I am going to take part of this Saturday off to go Jam the blues at a local spot. Yes.. I am also a musician by trade.

Playing music helps me to refocus my energies.
I am a guitar player, singer, song writer, studio owner, creator of Lil’Queenie Guitars, and have been in the music industry most of my life.

Now how does that all translate to Internet marketing you might ask?
Well, being on stage for most of my life has helped me to relate to people. Entertaining seems to translate to the web for me.

I find working with people and helping them with their Internet Marketing has some of the same feelings for me as when I am on stage ripping out a lick on my guitar and screaming a Willie Dixon Blues tune like “I Just Wanna Make Love To You”.

So this brings me to the TOOLS NEEDED Information that I want to share with you.
Just like when playing music, you must have your arsenal of tools ready in order to do the job.

When I go to a gig, I need my guitar, strap, cables, extra strings, picks, slide, pedals, amp, and other pieces of equipment depending on what the club is furnishing for the band. I may need to bring the PA system as well.

If I didn’t have those tools, I wouldn’t be able to do the job.
Just like in Marketing. You need the right tools to do the job.

The most important tool I use and write about in “The Marketer’s Secret Weapon” is the Autoresponder.
I believe in list building first in order to create a living for yourself online. You need a list of targeted subscribers who are interested in what you have to offer.

The autoresponder captures, organizes, and communicates with your list! You must have this tool in order to do business online.

Now I believe in FREE if you can find it, but the AR is worth the tiny amount you pay compared with the job it will do for you.
I recommend Aweber as it has a high delivery rate, excellent tools, and support.

The next thing you need is hosting. You have to “host” your pages on the internet in order for people to see them.
I prefer Host Gator. It is user friendly and gives me everything I need.

You need Graphics tools if you create your own graphics for your ecovers, headers, etc.
I use Paint.net, And My Ecover Maker to create my ecovers.
I use xheader software for my headers, footers, and banners. I use Irfanview to re-size my pictures and graphics.
Most of those tools are free and can be downloaded from the internet.

I use Kompozer to create and edit web-pages and Filezilla to upload my pages.
Both are free and excellent!

You really don’t need a lot of tools to do the job online. You can start minimally. You can get free tools to start then if you want to upgrade later you can.
Some of the tools I use are over to the right on the sidebar along with other things that I recommend.
I use everything I recommend in my own business so they are tried and true and have my highest recommendation!
